3 Underground Books on Astral Projection

Astral Projection and the Nature of Reality: Exploring the Out-of-Body State

by John Magnus

This Book was the first book I read on Astral Projection and one that I’ve had the most success with as well. This is a great book for beginners that are looking to understand the astral state and its characteristics.
The methods are easy to follow and the book is creative in switching back and forth from literature to stories to technique advice.
It’s a very extensive book with plenty of examples and exercises to get you started.

Navigating the Out-of-Body Experience: Radical New Techniques

By: Graham Nicholls

I was fortunate enough to take an online class that Graham was teaching through the Rhine Research Center. I was interested in Astral Projection and reading his book along with his online class took the learning to another level.
The book not only goes into the scientific background on research but has very interesting theories into how exactly the out of body / astral state and the mind works. His take is more of an expanded awareness taking place more so than an out of body experience.

Phenomena of Astral Projection

by Sylvan Muldoon & Hereward Carrington

This is an older and possibly lesser know book on astral projection. After reading it though you come to appreciate the “old school” methods of astral projection, which as it turns out, are not that much different than they are today.
It’s a good mix of an explanation of the phenomena and suggested practices for a successful AP.
